How it works

The mechanic in four steps

  1. 1 · Enter at launch

You buy at the Phase 1 price with a down payment and 0% installments on the balance.

  2. 2 · Growth to completion

As construction progresses and with each new phase the price typically rises; early entry locks in the lowest available price.

  3. 3 · Assign or hold

Before handover the contract can be assigned at the risen price — or hold the unit and rent it out.

  4. 4 · Result

The gap between entry price and exit price is your result before costs.
